About the area
Our second office is in Safety Harbor, on the Pinellas side of Tampa Bay. This is a much bigger market than the Panhandle, with city condos, beach towns and quiet bayside streets all within a half-hour drive of each other.
We help buyers and sellers across Pinellas and into Tampa, including clients who own on both coasts.
The lay of the land
Pinellas County is a peninsula with Tampa Bay on the east and the Gulf on the west. Three bridges cross the bay to Tampa and Hillsborough County: the Courtney Campbell Causeway, the Howard Frankland and the Gandy. A chain of barrier islands, from Clearwater Beach down to St. Pete Beach, runs along the Gulf side.
