Began career in Real Estate Sales & Development from home office in Santa Rosa Beach…devoted over 15 years, along with older son, to successfully developing and marketing three “Best of Show” condominiums – THE ULTIMATE & HARBOR LIGHTS in Destin and THE PRINCESS in PCB, as well as operating JMJ Realty Services, Inc. to accomplish most of the sales in these respective projects.

The demise of the market in 2008 led to re-directing our efforts on sales of other peoples’ properties – all the while awaiting a market warranting new construction. By 2018, the MARKET appeared to have finally gravitated to said level. In fact, we felt we had snagged a Blue Marlin of a site for our fourth Masterpiece Project. Devoted years of time, effort and dollars to landing her, but she slipped off the hook with the COVID lockdown sealing the loss. Confess to being passionate Big- Game Fisherman.

Meanwhile, we continue to scour the land and seas for other water-front
treasures, and concomitantly dedicate significant effort to the intrigue of      on-site sales. Somewhat like Forrest Gump’s Box of Chocolates, you never know who you might meet – the key is to stay active and involved: i.e., keep fishing.
